Iain Stirling and Nic Sampson team up for an evening of laughs, showcasing their unique comedic styles. Iain, a BAFTA-winning comedian known for his work on Love Island, brings his sharp wit and charm, while Nic, hailing from New Zealand, blends acting with stand-up in a dynamic performance. BAFTA-winning comedian Iain Stirling is best known as the brilliantly funny voice of the hit reality show Love Island (ITV2) and the spin-off series Love Island USA (ITVX). He created, wrote, and starred in the relatable sitcom Buffering, which has aired for two series on ITV2, and he continues to host the hilariously silly Iain's Stirling's CelebAbility (ITV2). Additionally, he co-hosts the popular true-crime podcast Partners In Crime alongside his wife, Laura Whitmore, available on Spotify.

Iain has recently made appearances on various shows, including The Lateish Show with Mo Gilligan, Celebrity Gogglebox (Channel 4), and Richard Osman’s House of Games (BBC Two), among many others. He has performed six sold-out, critically acclaimed shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe since 2017 and captured his 2021 tour, Failing Upwards, in his first full-length special available on Amazon Prime. Iain will be back on the road in 2024 with his brand-new show Relevant.

Nic Sampson

Nic Sampson is a comedian, actor, improviser, and writer originally from New Zealand. He portrayed D.C. Sam Breen in the acclaimed detective drama The Brokenwood Mysteries, which airs in 17 countries, including the UK. Nic has appeared in the BBC3/HBO Max series Starstruck and films like The Breaker Upperers and Baby, Done, the latter produced by Taika Waititi. He also played the Yellow Ranger in Disney’s Power Rangers: Mystic Force.

As a writer, Nic co-created Golden Boy and has contributed to the short series Inside, which won an International Emmy Award. He was a core writer and performer on the New Zealand sketch series Funny Girls, and head writer for the topical comedy show Jono and Ben. Nic’s accolades include Best Newcomer at the New Zealand International Comedy Festival in 2014 and nominations for the Billy T Award and Best New Zealand Show (Fred Award).

He is also a founding member of the acclaimed improvised comedy collective SNORT, which has been entertaining audiences since 2013.
