Fondly Remembered is a witty and poignant exploration of friendship, loss, and the absurdities of life set in the dusty choir room of a high Anglican church. Here, a group of old friends, Don, Cressida, Zoe, and Barry, gather to discuss the memorial service for their dearly departed companion, Douglas. Amidst the laughter and reminiscence, they confront the complexity of their memories and relationships, questioning whether the time is right to reveal the whole truth about the man they are honoring.

The play features a five-strong ensemble cast, highlighting talents such as Rosemary Ashe, well-known for her roles in numerous West End productions, and Robin Kermode, who played John Major in The Iron Lady. Alongside them are William Relton, Barbara Wilshere, and Jeremy Booth, all bringing their own rich histories to the stage. Written and directed by Gareth Armstrong, Fondly Remembered promises to be a captivating and humorous summer show.
